Managing Email notification

How do I make it so I don't get emails everytime someone replies to a thread? It's annoying to check my email and have 26 from AA.

You can reach this link by going to User cp => Settings & Options => Edit Options

Scroll down to "Default thread subscription mode"
and then choose 'no email notification' from the dropdown menu.

You will also need to remove your old subscriptions. You can access these from your user CP.
