Need help with 2 things...

When I make a new thread, I always get a message saying this:
"The number of tags you tried to add to this thread exceeded the maximum number of tags by 4."
Can I just disable Tags altogether? So I don't have to worry about them.

When I make new threads, and someone replies, I always get emails sent to me to notify me someone replied. How can I disable that?

#2, nothing, you get an e mail anyways, just erase all if them at once

There are tiny boxes (options) at the bottom of the post thread, scroll down to the very of the bottom of the page and you can change it.

something like disable email notification

You can also disable notifications globally:
User CP -> Settings & Options -> Edit Options -> Default Thread Subscription Mode.
