Need New Members....

This site is really coming along quickly, I like the idea of an all-in-one site and as someone that has both F/W and S/W tanks and would like a pond some day, this is the perfect site for me. So for this to be any fun, we need members, to that end I have started a little advertising (and yes, I'm doing some of that spamming that has been done on everyones sites ). This is the post I have composed and put on about 5 groups (now I've got to join some more F/W and S/W groups and look for pond groupds ):

I find it hard to "pimp" my site cause I hate seeing other messages about such things.

I have requested being listed on yahoo and google. So its just a mater of time before we are on their lists.

I get about 30+ hits a day on my personal site thanks to google.

In an effort to boost membership I created 4 yahoo groups this morning. All of them with the name Aquarium_Advice#.

In the group I talk about this site and point people to come and join. This was about the quickest way to make sure we get good exposure until google and yahoo get around to putting us in the search.

Don't know if its relevant now, but I found the site through a search engine and if I remember rightly, it was quite high up in the list which is good.

Thank you grant for your comments of how you found us. Belive it or not but this site will be 6 months old on Saturday Nov 16th. About 2 months ago it started to pick up really well as far as member count and activity.
