I'm up for renewal. Can't remember if I chose to auto subscribe or if I need to do it again manually.

How do I get to the relevant page on the desktop version?

It's in PayPal, not on AA. That said, I believe it automatically renews unless you went in after the fact and told it not to. You can google something like 'PayPal automatic renewal' and it'll tell you how to get there to check
