I don't think so. You have a few options. You could post images on a third party site such as PhotoBucket or Imgur and then post the image URL in your AA posts.
Regarding your membership, an annual fee pays for certain perks

Log on through the computer. Your album might be full and you can delete pics. Personally, I just use imgur.com.
