Profile help needed

I've uploaded a picture, but I don't know how to set it as my profile pic - any help would be great.
I'd also recommend someone makes the answer a sticky!

If it is your avatar, you can do that by going to "Update your Profile" on the home page.

Remember you need to abide by the avatar limits if you wish to put up an avatar image. IE the image under most peoples names to the left. Its width can be no greater than 125 pixels, the height no greater than 125 pixels, and the file size no more than 12 KB.

If you want a slightly larger image for the profile itself than the limits are as follows. Its width can be no greater than 250 pixels, height no greater than 250 pixels, and a file size no more than 24kB.

Both as has been said can be added by using the "Update your profile" link on the home page.
