Both your avatar and your profile picture can be changed by clicking the appropriate link in the left hand column when in the user control panel. To access user control panel you must be using a browser on a computer (not the app, and not safari or a mobile browser on a phone or tablet). Once logged in, look for the user cp link in the blue bar at the top of each page.
