Request for Regional specific forum for Georgia

I am writing to inquire what I need to do or even if its possible to start a
Georgia Forum. I have not posted but once however I have spent hours reading and learning from your terrific site. I was looking at the local forums and could not find Georgia among them so I thought I would take the initiative to ask if it might be possible.
