Perhaps some more details about the conditions of your system and events leading up to it, some pics, and some punctuation in your posts will help folks be able to better assist you. However keep in mind you are keeping something that most folks don't have much experience with, so answers will be harder to come by.

People aren't ignoring just to ignore- it's because we aren't sure. Since those are for reptiles and amphibians you might have better luck there. I used them both when I kept my snakes and pacman frogs
