I keep getting an error msg when I try to attach pics...it says i exceed my quota by 13.7 KB. what does that mean and why is there a limit? how do delete other pics to be able to add more?

Go under your User CP to delete unwanted pictures. It is on the right side under "attachments". I hope that this helps!
