Didja try the "USER CP" tab, then "Edit Profile" already? Watch the size of the pic as indicated when you get to the upload screen.

Thank you for the help. I was able to upload a picture. We bought a used very algae covered aquarium last night off Craigslist and wanted to upload some before/after pictures. Thanks again for your help.
