Video Advertisements w/ sound

I have no problems with Ads being on this site, and as much as I hate them I will even grudgingly accept the video ads with sound. But can something be done to prevent the same video ad from playing in 2 different spots at the same time?

It prevents the annoying ads, but keeps vendor banners. I like the vendor banners because sometimes i need something and there are good deals.

I would use it, but a website I spend a fair amount of time on relies very heavily on money from the ads to stay online. Is there any way to disable it for specific sites?
