Can someone tell me how to upload a pic to the website? I can adjust the pic all the way to the point of KB but it tells me the pic is too big. The pic is 183KB and it says I can not upload anything any larger than 100KB.

Reduce the size of the picture down to 640x480 and save as a jpg. That should definitely get it down under 100k.
