what are these little green bars?

what are these little green bars below my name... i used to have 1... now i have 2... i assume cause its green its good? what do the black ones mean?

If you go to your user control panel you will see someone has left you reputation points... That's why you have 2 because you gave someone advice or Someone likes your ideas of questions and thoughts.... You can give reputation point to to someone if you like there ideas or answers... you just got to click on the scale icon below the green bars between the online Icon and the exclamation point triangle.... Hope that helps...
