So I looked at my post count yesterday and it said 497 or something like that. I noticed today it said 466... No real biggie just wondering.

Gremlins?
Some possibilities include, posts that were removed, or posts made to a thread that was moved to the Lounge (where posts are not included in posts counts). Sometimes forum updates recalculate post counts and this could happened as well.
Glad to hear it's no biggie however as we may never know....
