Discus are great, if you were closer I'd set you up with some nice healthy ones to get you started on the right track!

Yeah...being pisces does explain a lot, huh? I also have twin brother who is dying to get back into aquariums also. He just moved to a new house, and hopefully will have one up soon.

Hmm.... Thanks for the info! It seems the only way to find these things out is by asking people who know their stuff, I didn't realise there would be so many knowledgable people out there in a forum like this, its really opened my eyes and re-establish my interest in my aquarium. If you by chance had a look at my pics, I am lacking in plants at the moment and seeing as its such a tall tank I really want to establish some decent ones to cover all the dead space at the top of the tank. I have to say, since I started doing 'proper' water changes weekly etc, my fish really do look alive and happy, its very pleasing. Anyways, thanks for the advice!! You seem to be turning into my go to person when it comes to my questions! Hope thats not too much of a problem!

    HellO!
Am just wondering where you get all of your beautiful plants?? I have only been able to find fluctuating quality at my regular aquariums...? Do you ever buy any online? Your tank looks amazing! Kate
