    sorry for being so late. i barely ever get on. if still needed: plecos arent nocternal they thrive on algea and to tell the truth you dont need any types of hiding type places for them. unless keeping w/really aggressive fish in whichcase i would put a few.

    Hey Mike47517, i noticed your pleco hes beautiful. I have one but its brown and sandy colored. I wanted to ask you.. are they nocturnal fish? and if so how can i set up a special place for him in my tank? what should i use? i know you can buy little caves and tunnels but what would you reccomand?
