So.........I didn't build a frame. the netting was laid across the top and held in place with the 4 feet from the light fixture. Held it nice and tight nothing touching the water. Alas last week we added a carpenter flasher wrasse. kept the net on for a week. after the net off for 2 days unable to locate wrasse. LFS thinks in the substrate. Thanks Again, Kevin
