    Yes it's a sand crab. they come out and scurry around at night. i took the picture in outer banks north carolina. thanks for the compliments ladies.

    Yep, it's a new pic. I saw it and though awwwwww so cute! But you are right, the little mouse does have a sorta devilish look to it.

    no new pics yet. my plants seem to be dwindling though. i dont think the light bulbs are good enough for them. they're both 12000k.

    You could also add a bunch of stem plants just to fill things in while you wait. Then you can remove them as the other plants grow how you want them.

    Don't worry, it will fill in soon and you won't even recognize it! Once you get the CO2 hooked up and ferts balanced you will see growth really take off! Hang in there, they always look a little bare in the beginning.

    Few more plants packed in but i had to remove that big white rock since it took up too much room. It also had pyrite veining in it so not really too good for the tank but it sure looked pretty.
