Hi meegosh thanks for your answer and also when you said its hard to make out what that right guppy when she is going to give birth well she has a big belly a... she has gravid spots but there like her skin color but darker and yeah I have been feeding my guppy Nutrafin max i put them in a bag and grained it up in to find power and fed them that and guppy flakes.

Yup! You guessed it right.... Black Tahitian Moon sand! Very nice... LOL... But yeah, I wanted to try it with these cichlids. I have heard that they would do very well in a tank with soft substrate! So, I put some sand in there with them! They LOVE IT!
