Your amount of water circulation is low. How do you have the powerheads placed and pointed in the tank?

tank is a Rena aqualife, size 100uk gallon, 48"x20"x22" (lxWxh)
tank is 3months old.
equipment, hydor koralia 2 and 3, reactor with rowaphos, rena xp3 external filter, instant ocean skimm800, lighting is 4xt5 tubes 54watt each, 1 blue and 3 white, TMC aquaray LED lights, 2x 300watt heaters,
fish list, 2x clowns,flame angel,coral beauty,pbt,royal gramma, most of these was transfered from my first tank when i up graded. 3x shrimps, sea serpant, about 2o different snails, 2x blue knucked hermit and a arrow crab.
