Freshwater/Saltwater POTM

Photos must be uploaded to your photo album and the bbcode link posted in the thread. A brief description of your photo may be included. Albums are found in your profile in the right hand column. If you need assistance uploading to an album, please PM an Aquarium Advice site team member (mod/admin), and they can walk you through it. Once uploaded, you can link directly in the contest thread here using IMG tags.

One photo per member per month allowed, and the photo MUST be taken by you.

I will select the winner of the contest based on the quality of the photograph and how closely it relates to the theme this month . The winner will copy and paste this section to a new thread, where they will decide the theme of next months contest. Submissions will be accepted until the last day of the month. The winner will be announced on the first day next month and will be issued a badge. Anyone holding a badge can post a pic but will be exempt at the final decision.

please pm seaweed at end of each contest with the winner so a badge can be placed.

This page is for posting your pictures only, not chit chat. Failing to follow the rules is means for disqualification.

The theme this month is Feeding Frenzy!!! Show us some pics of just how excited your little tank buddies get at chow time.

Our judge this month is me, TMaier

This was the calm before the storm. Best I could manage - kept getting photobombed by the angelfish. Doesn't count but usually the angelfish will get in first. Then a congo tetra will pluck up courage and dart over. After that I know to keep the food container away as it will get splashed sitting on the centre brace.
