I know it can be done when you keep up with water changes and tank maintenance, but a 20 gallon tank doesn't give much space to replicate their ecosystem. I don't think she changes her water often...

I tried removing the aggressive angel for an hour...

I tried removing the aggressive angel for an hour and a half, rearranged everything and put him back in. It worked! ...at least for now. He isn't the boss anymore and my big angel isn't chasing him...
