Seems strange that the iwasaki and XM could have so much higher values then the same wattage bulbs. Not doubting your findings, just a curious observation.

what are you using to cut the material when you make those reflectors? I tried using some tin snips when i did some small mods on my reflector but it was rather sloppy and difficult to use.

I'm not sure how yours works but my unit has 1/4 plastic flexible hose for the output and we bought an adapter that converts it to like a garden hose fitting. It might be worth it to hook that up and...

Stand looks great so far. When we made our stand they plywood got a little warped and now the doors don't sit just right.
