SICK TANG

We have a Blue Regal Tang ... and he was doing perfectly fine, then all of a sudden two days ago, he looked really ill ... doesn't move much

Today his eyes look like they have a white glaze over...

we've got a water treatment company (Like the Culligan man) here in town with a machine outside their offices that sells purified & drinking water @ $0.10 / gallon. We've been using purified water.

A Bristleworm???

I have no idea what this thing is ... but it randomly showed up today on our sand bed (tank is 4 1/2 months old).

his bottom half (the base) was split into two pieces (looked almost like a clean slice as though cut with a knife) and the tentacles were falling off.
