Your Nitrate is a bit high and you should be reading 0 for Nitrite in a fully cycled tank. Did you test for Ammonia? Don't worry so much about pH since stability is more important than the actual number in the vast majority of applications.

This may help some. I just learned about cycling but I already have fish. What now?!
