yeah but only certain tanks. theres a 10,20,29, 40 breeder, and a 55 are your selections.

a 40 gallon breeder is $40. on sale from $110. i just got one

I posted this in the general forum earlier. I couldn't resist. I now have an empty 40g sitting in my basement.

me too. i have a 40g without any money for lights, substrate, filtration or anything else for that matter. the only way i can justify buying it is because i saved like 80 bucks

Aw man... Had I waited an extra week before buying my tank... I would have gotten a 20+ tank. Now I can't return this one, not to mention I'm already cycling...

Well, you can move everything over (that takes care of the cycling part), the week is already over. Need any more help? The lighting and fish will probably cost alot more than the tank, so you could think of it that way. If you don't try buying it now, you'll have to wait till next summer or have to pay twice as much.

Exactly why I am fighting it.... because you don't have to fill it up right away.... it is just soooo much cheaper!

logansmomma, i dont recommend a 55g to anyone that plants their tank. a 55 lacks the depth that you need for a nice full planted tank.

yeah it does seem to be an annual sale. i missed it last year and was very disappointed. i'm going to save my money and buy them out next year. they better look out for me. i'll start my own lfs. lol!

Well I don't have planted tanks right now Trying to get into it, but it wouldn't bother me to have a 55 I just think of all the different fish I could get.... ugh I need to go to bed before I end up overdrafting my bank account again lol
