Is it just me? Hooks up to sink? What kind of sink? Delta? Nope!! Just got a water changer from Aqueon and it's frankly a joke!

It says multiple hook ups? Nope! I'm no engineer but it's straight forward and it's not gonna work in the kitchen which is a Delta with the single head dual spray settings on top and the nozzle pulls out. The all in one type.

The bathroom? Nope! Delta chrome fixture with large arch so water coming out looks like a waterfall. And that's about it. Nothing else in the house. I even tried the shower... Guess what? Nope!

Calling them now.... What a joke.

Just got off the phone with tech support they were NO help what so ever! They just said it looks like your fixtures won't support our system but thanks for playing.

Just go to the hardware store and get an adapter for your faucet. They have several different options. I went through the same thing. Pain in the ars!!!

So none of your fixtures have that piece in the faucet that unscrews?

I don't know what it's called, but I know there's a fitting (faucet adapter) for the water change systems that screws into it so you can attach the faucet pump. This is for a python, but Aqueon is the same thing.

Nothing fit. And yes I will go to the hardware store and get adapters. I have a Delta in the kitchen it's a dual spray single head unit which also comes out with a hose. It's all internal there is no screen to come off.... I checked diagrams etc... The only possibility is the bathroom sink.

I can't find any part of the kitchen sink (delta) which comes off to even get an adapter for.

There's nothing to unscrew? The very bottom, there should be a line, that spins off

They hook up to standard faucets, not the new fangled ones that most of us cannot afford or don't waste our money on.
