Awesome Tank! Just wondering, why did u add more sand? Was it getting low? Or did u wanted higher beds?

They dug so much that I could see glass! And anyone that knows me here knows I'm soooo OCD so I had to cover it up BUT not cover there holes as you can see. Plus they start circling each other and making a crater. So I filled in some areas and brought some other areas up higher like around the stones and that piece of wood.

After washing it, I just filled a little 8oz plastic cup and poured it slowly where I wanted it. When bringing it underwater do slow very very slowly and let the water fill the cup slow this way the sand doesn't go everywhere. Now the cup is filled and you can pour the sand wherever you want. It was a breeze.

Only down side like Andy said is... They seem to be enjoying the deeper sand bed even more now UGH!! lol. Can't win...

Thank you Convict!

Do you notice your black sand getting noticeably dirtier than other colors? I have two tanks with black and they seem to get way nastier than the others

Honestly... And I'm just saying this to say it but.... It looks as clean as it did when I first put it in. I clean thread top every week. I have no issues nor complaints with the Tahitian black moon sand

Alright cause I got a 125 so I was thinking of getting a 1300 pump but it comes in a package of two. So I don't know if I should do two in the 125 or add one to another tank
