So I've been neglecting the ckchlid thread for a little while now. I've been setting up a planted tank. I just thought I'd stop in and post some current pics and say hey to all the other cichlid lovers out there! Let's see your tank shots.

Really diggin the white sand it looks so clean. Is that play sand.

It is pool filter sand I got at a local pool and spa supply store. It's cheap and very clean. Love it as a substrate.

I got some for my 10 from home depot but its kinda tan I'm not diggin it it seems too light in weight to have used it for a dirt cap. Now if I didn't dirt the tank I think Ida liked it more.

Sweet scape MMantelli! It's a perfect mess of everything a Mbuna is looking for. Maybe just weave some of those branches in the back throughout the tank. Looks cool under the lights.
