Wow, just checked alk and over the span of 2 days it went from 8 to 6... Tomorrow is wc day and that should bring it back up. Then I will be testing daily and keeping it constantly around 9...grr stupid sps

I usually keep my alk around 10 it's at 6 my ph dropped from 8.4 to 7.4
calcium is still fine as it runs high anyway
think it's time to open windows and let things settle down

Yeah mine is usually 9, but over the weekend I wasn't home and it dropped since I couldn't dose...

since I normally don't dose anything
just tested again still a bit early though PH went to 7.6
nothing else changed going to wait till 1:30 test again like I normally do
buddy just dropped of his electronic testers now need to figure out how they work
reading directions , only problem is print is so tiny and I'm blind as a bat lol

figured this be a good way to compare

It could.
Just did a wc so will test parameters in a few. I'm still getting growth, I just feel like it could be faster growth haha . Oh the pains of keeping sps...

good to see your alk is back up calcium s still low I see

well my ph went up 7.8 alk is almost up to 8 my calcium is still high 520
mag is slowly climbing but I can't read the screen on this tester the number fade out
I'll have to break out my test kit

Yeah but I can work with that calcium number . Alk swings aren't good though

Yeah anything over 450 is not beneficial so I'm ok at 380 I believe.
