I have a green terror, a parrot cichlid, a jack Dempsey, and a convict, which ones of these can mate with the green terror because my green terror just laid eggs

Just because she laid eggs, doesn't mean they were fertilized by a male.

Keep an eye on them and see if they were fertilized.

That and they are genetically incompatible. The Rocio octofasciata and Amatitlania nigrofasciata can but not with the Andinoacara rivulatus.

Too many big words I'm a rookie with the fish names

I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just trying to figure it out, why the heck would my fish lay eggs, if they won't hatch?

And I mean no disrespect when I say this, please explain this picture

It's called the circle of life.. fish lay eggs.. males come and fertilize said eggs.. eggs hatch.. no male.. no hatch.. just eggs... lots of useless eggs...

Well crap...I got excited...so there is no possible way that these eggs could be a hybrid?

I would not say impossible but highly unlikely

Hybrids can't produce offspring. Their chromosomes don't match up at the cellular level. ie: tiger+lion=liger; you can't breed 2 ligers.

Quite incorrect and comparing apples to oranges. Many cichlid hybrids, especially mbuna hybrids, are fertile and can/will produce. Flowerhorns are often fertile even.

That looks like a standard blue acara to me so i would doubt the suggestion that a GT and Con have mated in that instance, or indeed that they would at all.
Ive certainly had examples of blue acaras and GT's in with Convicts and Sajicas and theres been absolutely no interest of that nature whatsoever.

Mind you, i was taken by surprise when my female Salvini and Male Sajica got rather friendly and i think a couple of cichlids where a bit surprised too when the female Salvini attempted to remove their faces when they swam too close.
