Need some advise as I just bought a 3ft tank
At the moment its completly empty. I have 6 bristlenose to put in there (4 male 2 female)
Would like some advise on what/how to set tank up
And if there is any type of fish I can put in there that would not eat the eggs
It depends. How are the fish acting?
Some fish can handle it some cant, best way to see is to monitor them.
I have recently treated white spot in my tank and cranked tempature up too 86, fish dont seem to mind it so I am leaving it at 86 to prevent it.
I also have corys and they seem fine...
Yes, the more room and better conditions you give them the faster they will grow.
Also dont overfeed. Overfeeding is not good for growth, regular feeding on the otherhand is great.
I have just got a 24x12x12 im guessing that shold be ok?
If so can you give me some advise with setup as I have 6 bristlenose to go in there (3 of each)
I have 4 of them in my tank. They always look like that after a good meal, if it dont go down soon, miss a days feed and then feed on peeled peas the next day.
I think it is nearly impossible to breed them in a tank, may be wrong tho?
