- We started out with a 10 gallon TopFin starter aquarium for Comet Goldfish from a local carnival with gravel substrate. Then migrated to a larger Marineland 38 gallon Bow-front starter aquarium with GloFish Tetras, with gravel substrate an a few live plants. The goldfish were rehomed to a local Petco. Upgrading to an Aqueon 125 gallon aquarium with sand and gravel substrate.
