Cleaned tank (it's still bad) I'm gonna paint the border after hot gluing it down(on the outside so it's not gonna get into the tank and maybe make a neat lil background with some twine?

I was looking for pointers on starting a low maintenance tank, as I am a high school student who will be doing sports and having driving instructions soon, (not to mention homework!) I will have enough time for feeding in the mornings, and have cleanings on the weekends I will need to know...

I found lots of really big fish tanks I want and I could do so much with but I don't have the room/ money. Rip, also I found a VERY VERY overstocked tank with goldfish, but the fish were for sale. Still concerned

I had it outside and filled the bottom with water, and tipped it around trying to get some of the hard water off. I didn't notice or see any leaks

I think I have decided on exclamation rasboras as I love their color and they're small. Soon I'll have a larger one up, it's anywhere from 20-35 gallons so that will be fun to stock!

I had the same thing, my water looked cloudy and I left the light off for a little longer and it cleared up. I haven't done a water change yet because it's just my plant and I don't really have the supplies. I'm probably gonna have to run to the dollar store for some bins and such

Do you think hot glue would work? As I don't know how much silicone is and I'm on a budget [emoji23]

I've got a new tank as well and need tons of help setting up, I have a separate form for that tho, it has a filter but no lid as I bought it used, though the owner might find it it's been stored in a garage for a while

I think I'm going to go with maybe two female Bettas and a a school of Exclamation point rasboras, after I check stocking levels and such. And I have to see if my local pet store has any rasboras otherwise I have to order them, and I have to buy a heater and more plants

It's never had any fish in it and I cleaned it with a wet rag, like the instructions said.

I put the plant in when I got it on sunday
