    Bacteria question Follow-up question: Assuming the seashell is properly cleaned at first, does the hollow space inside pose any trouble, like a place for harmful bacteria to grow out of the way of alge eaters, brushes, water flow, etc? I guess it could be filled with epoxy to prevent that.
