    Don't clowns need to have an anenome as a host though? I tested my water quality, everything came out good.. but still no because of the tap water?

    35 gallon, have 2 large pieces of live rock and some dead rock in there with 2 large bags of live sand inside. Nothing in it as of yet. We decided to go with a couple pairs of clowns.

    I started my tank before realizing this was neccessary, if I had tap water instead of RODI when I started am I good go to still? I tested my water for nitrates, PH, metals, all the good stuff in a test kit and it all came out good.....

    I'll have to check it out. All I know is that it was a REAL pain in the butt to get that pump to go back into the filter and seated properly, haha.

    That would make sense, but it was running perfectly until just now..... The pump IS running, just very slowly. Odd.

    I didn't make it myself. I got it from another guy who was getting out of the hobby. It looks like my problem is that the left side of the wet/dry filter is taking in far too much water and my section with the bioballs (the "dry" section) can't keep up with pumping the water into the part...

It looks like my problem is that the left side of the wet/dry filter is taking in far too much water and my section with the bioballs (the "dry" section) can't keep up. Any recommendation on keeping the water levels from the left side...
