The VCR/DVD player works great, thanks. The machine even came with a sample VHS tape 8O all I can say is...good thing the kids weren't around when we were setting the machine up and testing that tape :oops: Just kidding...it did come with a tape but I haven't checked to see what is...

I already got her one...not pink, but she likes her anyways. Thanks tho. I now have 4 bettas, so I don't think I need another one. Good luck with the yard sale...it will be a busy day for you.

Well, I know it has been almost a month, but does anyone know if Golds still has the metallic bettas...or any bettas for that matter? If they do, I may try and beg my sister to go pick me up one. Then I can get it from her when I go to Calgary next. She should be able to keep him in a big jar...

wow, I wish I was in calgary. my daughter wants a betta in the worst way. One of those from Golds would be perfect. The ones I have seen in town here are very plain and kind of unhealthy/depressed looking...if a fish can look that way lol

If you go through lethbridge be sure to grab a Tim Horton's coffee and donut. They don't have any in Montana for sure. I am probably going to Great Falls in Mar, but not all the way to Missoula. I hope your move goes well and you get settled in without any trouble. I am sure you will be missed...

how much do plakat male show bettas cost? and are they nicer than the regular bettas that are in the stores? My daughter wants a betta again, so I am back scoping them out. They were 4.99 a year or so ago...now they cost 7.99.

wow, I hadn't realized that. The CAS sure will miss you. If I had known you weren't going to be around much longer I would have made an extra special effort to go to that potluck. Anyways, best of luck to you. I think you will do a great job teaching.
