Yep, just use a couple of rubbermaid containers to temp move stuff into then move 55 to new stand and put it all back in. Just once you start, you cant stop till your done so make sure you have a few hours of free time to do it in. Good luck! ***it really isnt hard....just time consuming!

You really need to have sand & rock when you start. Adding later causes tank to cycle again. The sand & rock is where the beneficial bacteria live (they eat the waste in your water). A great beginner book i bought was saltwater tanks for dummies. Fish only tanks are easier....but still not...

With a refractometer... Make sure you calibrated it ( i recheck mine every couple months). Calibrate it with your rodi water. When checking salinity should read at 1.025. To bring it down over the next few days.....trade out some of your salt water for rodi. Dont bring it down all at once...can...
