Nothing apart from the basics. Raise temp gradually, add aquarium salt (although I seem to recall something about Plec's not liking that too much), increase the water change shedule, and on and on... Personally the last time I used Ick medicine the only thing it did was turn the water blue...

I tried out an RW-4 in my 63g on max power and it reached around half way through the tank. I'd recommend either the 8 or 15, the 15 is mighty strong though and I'm not sure if you could turn it down enough to make it work with an (assumed) sandy substrate. Sent from my D6603 using Aquarium...
