Before adding cal and alk, you need to CHECK and see where you stank on your parameters. You don't want to add anything if it's already stable at a high range.

You can always just superglue it to your rock work. I glue everything to my rocks so nothing can knock my corals over.

I would drain it and start fresh. If you want to do saltwater, doing it right the first time makes it easier and less worries about contamination. RO units are a great investment. Saves you a lot of money in the long run.
