    Pregnant or sick?

    I have a 3-4 month old jewel cichlid who looks pretty lumpy compared to my others. All of them are healthy and oval shaped but this one is square and has a swollen belly. I'm not sure what's wrong, it (not sure of gender) and hasn't been acting different
