Can anyone else offer their experience with dottiebacks? I would have to pull out tons of rock to get this fish out of my tank. I can't believe no one at the LFS said anything to me. This is extremely disappointing. Are dottiebacks tyrants that can't live in a community tank?

how big was your tank? I'm extremely worried. I work so hard to keep these fish alive.

I just introduced a purple Dottieback into my DT and my black chromis is losing his mind. Is there anything I can do? The new fish seems to be quite the tyrant. He certainly was in my QT. Will the chromis get over it or what?? Regards.

Grizz or anyone else - are you talking PVC pipe from a hardware store? You were absolutely right though -- I saw the dotti chasing the FF around today. I'm scared he is gonna stress my FF to DEATH.

Another question. I just went and got some new live rock today and placed it all around my take on my other base rock. How many hours per day should the lights be on in the aquarium for optimal growth spreadage and how long should it be before it starts to spread to the other rocks?
