The guy at the professional fish store told me wattage is nothing, said I should get the nutrigrow bulb and a daymax. What type of bulb SHOULD i buy for a 24" hood?

Ok Ill have to construct my own light setup for fun or something. The 24" light I got is 20wts btw. Ill just throw in some more light strips, maybe 4 x 20wts should be enough.

I bought one, cant afford a setup from Ah supply, hopefully this will keep my plants alive. One 24" 20wt bulb and just a reg white bulb. Any comments towards these bulbs?

All of my fish are compatible with discus (if you think Im wrong read below and correct me please), and I have tons of driftwood and plants. I mean HEAVILY planted. I am going about this by taking 1/3rd of the water out and replacing it with RO water, while adding peat moss to a seperate filter...

Hey I work at petsmart, ad I give legit info! Peat moss drops the water pretty well, but its kinda expensive. I avoid chemicals just because I wanna lower my water naturally. RO water is great but use it in moderation.

Its already waterlogged, it sinks like a damn brick and weighs a ton. Ill post a pic before i put it in my tank, its gorgeous. Equivelant price for this peice im estimating is probabaly around 300 its so freaking huge.

Where can I lso buy a decent hood? What specifications should I be looking for? 120w per bulb or more? EDIT: duh the link is right there...
