    Help! Should I reseal used 55g with silicone?

    i got a 55 gal for nothing a few months back , which had a leak when it got half full , i cleaned it left it to dry then re-sealed it just going over the original sealant. been up and running for about 2-3 months with no problems. hope this helps

    it all depends on the fish really, there are obv the fish which definately cant go together but in 1 of my tanks i have an oscar with convicts acaras kribs and keyhole chichlids and they all get along fine, i kept an eye on them everytime i added new fish and never had problems.

    i put a cave in my tank with some moss and the kribs were protecting it the next day looks as if they are goin to lay in there .... if this helps

    the pics are off my phone (bit rubbish) but when its close up front end looks really square and much fatter than my other black molly which was the same size about a week ago
