This really depends on the amount of light they were exposed to before you put them in your tank. With T5s, I do not think you can burn a SPS. what kinds of SPS are they?
If the frag is new, a little force will break the glue from the plug. If the coral is encrusted on the plug, you can cut any pieces of the plug that is exposed and then glue the plug to the rock. Eventually the coral will encrust over the plug and the rock making it look natural.
