Is cal 490 and dkh 13 for sps because that's what the reef crystals make? Or should I lower the dkh to like 10?

Ya I was going to go with reef crystals or seachem reef.

I am doing a sps tank with some softies and want to know what is a good kind of salt for a good price. With the right calcium, dkh, and magnesium.

I have a tank already cycled with live rock and sand and I want to put some more rock. I herd that you need to cure dry rock. Is their any way not to do that because I don't have the space to do it? Can I just pick of the dead stuff on the rock?
