never heard about it. anyway if it's a jewel fish then study the info about jewel fishes for now...i think the diet and care level will be same as the normal jewel fish. and please post some pictures of ur fish...really want to see them.
ok....go for yellow lab, yellow tailed acei, malawi golden, red zebra...mix them and try to little overstock your aquarium to avoid aggression....try to use black sand if u can find...it really brings the real beauty of ur fish...
I have a mixed cichlid tank with this 4 jewels and other cichlids. Now I'm going to get a 75 gallon tank for tiger Oscar. So I was thinking to move my jewels with the Oscar.
my jewel fish is not eating. i brought a pair of jewels 2 weeks back. the female one is doing fine...but the male one is not eating normally. he's taking the food and then throwing them out of his mouth. don't know whether he is liking the food or not. please help.
I think your aquarium is not cycled yet properly. Also you are hurrying to put fish in your tank that's why your tank's nitrogen cycle is not establishing.
1. Don't add any more fish into your tank for 15 days. Let the nitrogen cycle to be established. You can add fish letter on. Don't worry...
