They're blue gouramis (also known as the three spot gourami) I don't have personal experience keeping them so I don't want to offer an opinion on their behavior.

Other peaceful specials will do fine with them, tetras, gouramis, rasboras. How many do you plan on keeping in the tank?

Planted takes are the best in my opinion. And 70 gallons gives you a ton of options. I'm starting back up a 55G myself and have a thread on here from a couple days ago if you'd like to browse it and look at some of my fish lists and quantities

Thank you. I have the tank (it's sitting in storage) I'm going to do a fish less cycle. I've never tried one with fish before so I'll stick to what I know

The goldfish died shortly after we got it and I didn't replace it.
