- 40 gallon tall tank. Had it about a 2 years and finally got a good eco system going. Kept mixing the wrong fish together and just couldn't find a good equalibrium. In my 40 gallon I have roughly 12+ neon tetras, 2 black mollys, 2 silver mollys, 1 Dalmatian balloon molly, 2 red platy, 2 sunburst platy, 2 other tetras with a cool dorsal fin, 4 Cory cats (2 albino 2 green), a long nose catfish, 2 bamboo shrimp, a handful of ghost shrimp, and 1 fat pleco named mūsucky
